Understanding Youth Led Bullying & Violence Prevention ProgramsMiddle School and Junior High School Workshop, Wednesday, May 15, 2008, 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM This workshop is for youth leaders and their advisors/teachers JOIN SCHOOLS FROM OUR AREA TO LEARN AND EXLPORE: - Shared responsibility of bullying and school violence prevention between youth and adults. - How to implement a comprehensive bullying prevention program in your school. - Specific roles and responsibilites of adults and students. This is a highly interactive workshop that includes breakout groups, activities, speakers and some elements of leadership and team building for student groups including Student Council, S.A.D.D. Groups and other student leadership groups. This workshop includes lunch and free time to enjoy all the amenities at the state-of-the-art STORM Youth Center.
